Skin-on, cut to a standard 250g portion. Choose how many you need.

Thick-cut loin, boned and skinned, standard 200g portion.

Sea Bass Fillet
Skin-on, pin-boned by hand, standard 180g portion.
Prices are a guide and move with the daily landing. Every fillet is weighed and priced in front of you.
